Music is in Jay’s genes, being born into a musical family with his father a member of million selling rock band Sadcafe, Jay was singing and playing drums from an early age. A professional musician brimming with years of experience and natural talent. Jay has toured the globe with platinum selling artists such including Tony Christie, Paul Carrack, Sam Brown, China Crisis, The Christians, Nate James, and The Haggis Horns and many others. Highlights include supporting Simple Minds in the Liverpool Summer Pops, and performing to five million viewers on French tv with The Christians.
With influences such as Prince, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye, Jay’s versatile style offers a mood for every occasion. Whatever type of event, whether large or intimate, you can be sure that Jay will set the scene and entertain your guests with his unique and engaging performance.
